In 2008, Williston Road had a face-lift with a new architectural style asphalt roof, a newly painted exterior to fit in with the neighborhood, a new furnace for the back of the building, and hedge and tree-trimming for curb-side appeal.
Essex Store
Our Essex store includes a large inventory warehouse which serviced the entire state for years. Our current retail tenant moved their operations and training center from N. Winooski Ave in Burlington to Essex in 2008.
St. Albans
A fairly quiet 2008 here in small-town St. Albans. We patched a leaky roof, serviced all mechanicals, and filled a pothole or two!
Rutland
In 2008, we accomplished much in our state's second largest city. We were finally able to clean out "the old" in the warehouse area. We installed a new boiler this year while we also coordinated a cleanup by GW Savage after a Spring fire which damaged both the interior and exterior of the building. We are working to lease out the space not occupied by our current retail tenant.
Windsor
Our southern most location. In 2008 we cleaned out the basement, installed new flooring in the retail portion of the store, provided a comprehensive service to all mechanicals, installed a new chimney liner, and cleaned up several trees after a summer storm.

North Winooski Avenue had a face-lift in 2008 with a newly painted exterior on the heels of an 11/07 roof replacement on the retail side. The current retail tenants moved their Vermont Training Site to our Essex location. In March 2009, we welcomed the Asian Market, specializing in Asian grocery items. They will also offer commercial catering and plan to open in June, 2009. See the series of renovation photos below.
